- Cairo & Alexandria: Delivery takes 2-5 working days.
- Other Governorates: Delivery takes 3-6 working days.
2.Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are available for eligible items and can be processed within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate an exchange, please visit our website and follow the exchange instructions provided.
- Exchanging the items needs to be with the tag and not worn
- Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time.
- You can exchange with the same item or choose a different item with regards to price difference
- Shipping fees applies on the exchange
- Our Exchange process : The courier takes your current item on hand and then another courier comes with your exchange.
3.Refund Policy:
- Unfortunately, we do not offer Return and refunds at the moment
4.Washing Instructions:
- Preferably hand wash or dry cleaned.
- If machine washed preferably wash it on 30-40 C And don't Iron it.
